Most people know that genetics is the main factor that determines our height, but there are actually several ways to increase our height that may help us grow taller. Other factors that affect height include eating a healthy diet, exercising, sleeping, and having proper body posture.

Good Nutrition.

Food is important for all ages, especially during growing years. Eating a well-balanced diet with all five food groups at each meal, as well as reducing, avoiding snacks that are high in starch, fat, and sugar, will allow children’s bodies to grow perfectly.

Exercise regularly.

Exercise: Not only does it build strength, it also stimulates the production of Growth Hormone. Focus on exercises that stretch your body, such as swimming, basketball, volleyball, running, dancing, or hanging from a bar, etc., which are quite effective because exercise will help stimulate the secretion of growth hormones to increase.

Get enough rest
